Hi. I'm Shelley Holt. I was born and raised in Connecticut and have also called Arizona and South Carolina home. I believe selling or buying a home, one of our largest assets, should be more than just opening some doors, preparing documents and sitting beside you on closing day. As someone who has moved A LOT in my 50+ years, I understand the stress, excitement, fear, and other emotions that come with real estate transactions and moving. As a retired corporate gerontologist, I am deeply familiar with the common triggers for moving, especially among older adults, like death, divorce and health issues. These can add a significant layer of complexity and emotion to an already overwhelming real estate transaction. My heart is to guide everyone as they navigate life and find a house they can make home. As your Realtor, I pledge to be a partner you can count on. I currently call Surfside Beach home with my husband Brandon, a local community Pastor. We have a Shih Tzu named Love trained for nursing home and hospital visitations. You will often find us on our lime green golf cart enjoying the beach life with friends and family. Life is short so love, laugh and LIVE (including live in a home you adore.)
